3 Step Pen Pockets
Salaam Alikom my friends,
This is Soumaya!!
Are you ready for some fun ideas about creating an adorable pen pockets in just 3 steps?
My nieces are starting back to school soon, so I thought of making something handmade for them.
I decided to package up these beautiful pens with a fun pen pocket.
I decorated the pens too.. FYI!!
So lets begin,
You ‘ll need,
Sentiment stamps
Glue
Ribbons
Sequins
Scissors
Instructions for the first pocket:
Cut a piece of cardstock as a base to make the pocket measuring 19×9.5 cm , and another piece of paper measuring 11x11.5 cm. score and cut as shown below.
Then from the Fall collection, I used the the "Shukran" pattern paper and cut it measuring 9.2×9.7 cm. I cut a piece of ribbon measuring 12 cm and stuck the edges to the back of paper then I stuck it to the cardstock.
Cut 2 circles with dies or hand cut them, I then stamped the sentiment on the white circle.
I stuck the circles with foam tape on the ribbon , I added the fussy cutted leaves, attached a small piece of ribbon and finally I added some embellishments.
For the second pocket I followed the same steps, I just I cut the word "Al HamdulilAllah" from the pattern paper and added it to the pocket. Put the ribbons and embellishments, slid the pens in them and VOILA….PERFECT!! isn’t it?
