What is your shipping policy?

We accept orders 24/7 .We try to process your order within 2-3 days at the most. But if you need expedited shipping on something, kindly mention that in the note and we ll take care of it.

All orders are shipped via USPS.
In most cases, your order will ship USPS Priority which includes a tracking number.-Shipping does not include insurance. If you would like a faster shipping, tracking or insurance, please contact us BEFORE placing your order and we will give you an estimate.
-Dstampss is not responsible for any lost item due to a wrong address given by the customer or USPS error. Please, make sure your shipping address is correct.
-Any custom fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We offer FREE domestic shipping in the USA on purchases over $35. (except Alaska and Hawaii)

INTERNATIONAL

We Ship anywhere and everywhere.

International Shipping takes anywhere from 6-14(sometimes longer) days depending on your location.

Delivery standards to ALL destinations are estimates NOT guarantees, sometimes it might be less or it might take a few more days due to many different reasons (border/customs, world event, holidays, weather, etc). If you have a firm "need-by" date, please message us BEFORE placing your order.

Shipping Delays or Lost /Stolen Packages

-We wish each package could be hand delivered to ensure its safe arrival, but you see that's not always possible.

Once your package leaves our location we are NOT responsible for delays, damages to packages or product due to shipping and lost or stolen packages.

It is your responsibility to contact USPS for resolution or make claims as needed. Refunds will not be issued by Dstampss.
